synopsis

Dasha is an American poet living in Berlin, struggling with writer's block, toxic relationships, and kleptomania. After learning she's a finalist for a prestigious grant, her life takes one step towards legitimacy, but when Morgan, Dasha's photographer ex-boyfriend arrives in town for a solo exhibition, things become increasingly complicated.

DASHA NEKRASOVA as Charlotte Parks

An actor, poet and model, Dasha has been living and working in Los Angeles for the last five years. Born in Belarus, Dasha came to United States when she was three years old with her acrobat parents who moved to Las Vegas to be performers. Selected poems of Dasha's will be featured in the film.

MORGAN KRANTZ as Oliver Ross

Morgan Krantz is an actor and filmmaker, born and raised in Los Angeles. He began working as an assistant to a comedy writer at the age of 16 and gone on to work steadily as a writer and director. You may have seen him in HBO's Girls, Showtime's House of Lies, or Fox's New Girl.

JORDAN BLADY

Is a writer/director from New Jersey currently based in Los Angeles. A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, he's has made music videos for bands like Unknown Mortal Orchestra, The Naked and Famous and commercials for companies like Microsoft, Spotify, and TOMS. Jordan has exhibited video work and photography in the US, Paris and Berlin.

SOFTNESS OF BODIES will be his first feature film.
